CBRE

Wolf was engaged to design and build the new CBRE city office in Singapore, which involved a refresh and reconfiguration of the existing premises. The project was designed to complement and support the main head office located in Paya Lebar Quarter.

The design emphasises a clear sense of organization, unity and openness that creates a work environment that is both refreshing and productive. The design of the activity-based space responds to the building’s floor plan and provides a variety of work settings for either focused work or collaboration that ultimately flows into communal space.
